Self-haul chipping events are hosted at Fishtail Ranch in the Brazos Canyon.  Property Owners can bring limbs to Fishtail Ranch to be chipped by Fishtail Employees after being unloaded by Brazos Firewise Volunteers. Advanced Registration is Required for this and all Community Chipping Events.

Chipping Event Guidelines

• Maximum of 3 load per property owner for self-haul chipping events
• Maximum diameter of limbs is 5″
• No construction materials or metal should be placed in brush piles 
• No raked debris, rocks, dirt, trash or root wads should be placed in brush piles
• Piles with thorns or ground juniper branches will not be accepted
