Residents of the Brazos Canyon will be eligible to apply for these funds after July 1, 2024 to assist in fire mitigation on their property. Only a portion of the $7.1 million will be targeted for the Brazos.  However, this sizeable grant amount will certainly make a different is our efforts to reduce the fire severity level of our canyon.  Continue to check www.brazosfirewise.com for details on how to apply.  We will post more information as it becomes available to us.
